Applications

High-speed food packaging film. A food packaging manufacturer running form-fill-seal lines switched their BOPP sealing layer to Adsyl 6C30F PP terpolymer and reported a noticeable reduction in seal failures during high-speed operation. The lower SIT allowed them to reduce jaw temperature by approximately 15°C without compromising seal integrity.

Metallized film structures. A metallized film producer used this grade as the sealing layer in a CPP metallized structure. The absence of slip and anti-block additives contributed to uniform aluminum adhesion, while the low SIT allowed sealing at temperatures that did not disturb the metallized surface.
